# 数据备份报错 -4016 的原因和解决方法

## 问题现象

数据备份报错 -4016。

关键日志信息如下。

NFS挂载没有使用SYNC参数导致

数据备份失败。

## 影响租户

影响 OceanBase 数据库中的 SYS 租户和 Oracle 租户以及 MySQL 租户。

## 适用版本

OceanBase 数据库 V3.x、V4.x 版本。

## 解决方法及规避方式

- 解决方式：

  挂载 NFS（网络文件系统）需要使用 `SYNC` 模式。
 - 规避方式：

  配置挂载 NFS（网络文件系统）的参数需严格按照官方文档上的要求。
