# 连接 OceanBase 集群时报错 Access denied for user 'xxxx'@'xxxx' (using password: YES)

## 问题描述

通过 obproxy 连接 OceanBase 集群或者直连 OceanBase 数据库时，连接失败并且出现：`Access denied for user 'xxxx'@'xxxx' (using password: YES)`。

## 问题原因

出现该问题的常见原因有 2 个：

- 账户错误：OceanBase 数据库在验证账户时，账户组成格式为: "user@租户名#集群名" 或者 "user@租户名"，账户需要准确。
 - 密码错误。

## 解决方法

检查账户和密码，如果忘记，需要找到正确的账户和密码。

## 适用版本

OceanBase 数据库 V2.x，V3.x，V4.x 版本。
