dead_socket_detection_timeout 用于设置检测失效 Socket 的时间间隔。
说明
从 V4.0.0 版本开始默认值由 10s 调整为 3s。

其中：
当 dead_socket_detection_timeout 的值为 0 时，表示禁用 Socket 级故障检测。
当 dead_socket_detection_timeout 的值大于 0 时，表示启用 Socket 级故障检测，且当发送端有数据超过 设置的时间还未收到对方的应答，则认为当前 Socket 不可用。
