问题现象
当分区表中使用全局索引后，对 RANGE 分区进行 DROP 操作时会报错。
obclient> alter table test.trade_order_combine_index drop partition (p20190901);
ERROR 1235 (0A000): drop or truncate tables with global index not supported
规避方式
尽量避免在分区表中使用全局索引，并且全局索引上的 RANGE 分区只能进行 ADD 操作，无法进行 DROP 操作。
