io_category_config 用于配置各类别 I/O 请求的百分比。
说明
从 V4.0.0 版本开始引入。

类别 I/O 规格用于表示租户的 I/O 规格比例，格式为：category_name: min_percent, max_percent, weight_percent。多个类别规格之间以分号分隔，未单独指定的类别由 other 表示。
所有类别（含 other ）的 min_percent 之和为 100，weight_percent 之和为 100。
为租户配置各类别 I/O 请求的百分比的示例如下：
